A cosy restaurant which appears to be family run which graces Parramatta with its presence and offering of fresh, exquisite selections of sushi, sashimi and assorted Japanese staples. I never thought much of Alpha Sushi until I wandered in one day to question why this venue was so highly rated. Much to my surprise the sushi and sashimi was fresh, delicious and presented with so much care that showed the chef had tremendous respect for the fish prepared for the dishes. A small gem in Parramatta which could be easily missed. Despite all this I will be returning to Alpha Sushi, hungry for more

The freshest sushi & sashimi that I've tried in Sydney! The quality of the salmon is definitely one of the best and freshest in Sydney. Even the salad and dressings were so fresh and the food was tasty. We ordered a special chicken katsu bento and chicken katsu curry. The portion was surprisingly big. The staff was friendly, and the tables and environment were clean and refreshing although the venue was relatively small. We'll definitely come back for the tasty and fresh food.

Apha Sushi is my favourite Japanese restaurant in Parramatta in terms of pricing, food quality/freshness and staff services. Sabrina is the cutest and friendliest staff everrrrr. Actually everyone there is so nice and always welcoming customers so that's a golden standard there. I have been a customer here for years, even before Covid too. Everything tastes so goooood and the pricing is definitely most reasonable (I'm happy to pay more for the quality tbh). Highly recommend their salmon dishes and sashimi. It just melts in your mouth. The crunchy but light lotus root is yum and healthy so I can trick myself into healthy eating. Their wasabi and hot green tea just tastes a notch better than any other places I've been too for some reasons. I really want to know their supplier for the wasabi now teehee :DDDD

Alpha sushi takes the rank of best sushi restaurant in Parramatta! Large and generous serving sizes which are flavoursome and fresh! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone after some Japanese cuisine.

Kind staff and very fresh sushi rolls. Eat in 'chicken katsu udon' and 'Grilled salmon & prawn roll' are highly recommended. Take out 'Alpha salmon lover plater', if you love salmon you should try it :)

Great value for money, mom and pop Korean-run Japanese restaurant. Ordered chirashi do the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the large serving size. We've ordered the basic sushi platter from here before and haven't been disappointed. Large portion sizes, decent taste and good value for money. Would recommend and come here again.

Highly recommend. Value for money. Excellent service with well trained manner. Every ingredient is so fresh. Texture in each foods are carefully prepared. Just thinking of their food, my mouth is watering!
